Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Hawaiian Airlines revamped their airport experience to include elevated health and safety protocols, including temperature checks, disinfecting surfaces, and removing unnecessary touch-points. I partnered with the Hawaiian Airlines team to create informational videos about what to expect upon arriving at the airport and how to best prepare for traveling. I worked to refine the script, sketch storyboards, illustrate, and animate these videos.
The HawaiianMiles Partner program enables Hawaiian Airlines Mastercard holders to earn bonus miles when they shop at select local businesses around the state. Hawaiian Airlines commissioned a video to highlight and explain the program, and I worked with the HA team to refine the script, build storyboards, then illustrate and animate all assets used in the video.
